Eric Stockholm comes to us from a “foreign country”, otherwise known as the state of Maine. He earned his undergraduate from the University of Maine with a degree in Education. He taught 31 years, and also coached basketball, football and tennis. Eric has been married to Melanie since 1985 and they have four grown children. He joined the team at First Baptist in 2014 after serving 7 years for Family Life Ministries where he worked specifically in an online mentoring program. Trained as a Pacemaker and counselor, his heart is to help others rebuild damaged relationships. He does this through Biblical Counseling as the need arises within FBLR and the community. Eric also has the opportunity to oversee the recreation facilities.
