The Tree - 2025 Cast Information
Remaining Rehearsals:
Sunday, December 7, 2pm - This important rehearsal will be one that we need to run every song at least once. It is our first chance to put everything together and see how it works. Please hydrate and eat before you come and let's finish strong!
Wednesday, December 10, 6pm - Our last run-through. We will try our best to run this without stopping and see how it "flies."
Shuttle Bus Schedule (park at Fullbright Elementary)
Thursday, Dec 11 - 5:30pm to 7:00pm before 8:45pm to 9:30pm after
Friday, Dec 12 - 5:30pm to 7:00pm before 8:45pm to 9:30pm after
Saturday, Dec 13 - 12:30pm to 2:00pm before (no shuttle)
(No shuttle) 6:45pm to 7:30pm after
Sunday, Dec 14 - 12:30pm to 2:00pm before 3:45pm to 4:30pm after
Cast Member Information:
Choir and Drama Members - You need to be in place, in the fellowship hall, 45 minutes before the performance start time. You need to park at Fullbright Elementary School and busses will be running beginning an hour and a half before each performance to bring you to the church. We will have someone watching your cars at Fullbright, but please do not leave valuables in them. After each performance, the busses will take you back to Fullbright and will run at least 30-45 minutes to allow you time to get there.
Childcare - Childcare will officially open for the cast one hour before the show begins. You may bring your kids with you and eat in the fellowship hall before taking them to the childcare volunteers. On Saturday your kids will eat in the bistro when you do so there will be no need to get them in between performances. If you have questions contact Tamra at 501 351-0651.
Orchestra Members - You need to be in place, in the worship center, 45 minutes before the performance start time to tune. You will also park at Fullbright (see Choir Members above) and shuttle to the church. Doors will open 30 minutes before each show and we are to be done tuning and warming up. Leslie Willis will be tuning you all. After you tune you are welcome downstairs in the fellowship hall with the choir where we will be doing a devotional. You may also stay in your seat or visit with family/friends that may be attending. Please be in your place 10 minutes before show time.
Drama Cast Members - You need to be in place, in the reception room, 30 minutes prior to each show. You will also park at Fullbright (see Choir Members above) and shuttle to the church. If you are a bottom-row singer in the Tree you need to be with the choir 45 minutes prior to each performance.
First Baptist Kids (Glory Hallelujah Singers) - You need to arrive 30 minutes before each performance and come through door number 4. When you arrive you need to go to the game room and that's where you'll need to be picked up.
Food - We will feed the cast in between the two performances on Saturday. It is the only meal that will be served this week. Please eat before you come for all other performances. We do plan to have bottled water available and snacks available when you come to each performance just in case you didn't have time to eat.
